Condense the Payment Form

On around Wed. Jan 4th I called in on the live support and Kamran offered to have our Payment Form css customized so that it is more compacted (less space between everything, or optimally, field titles inside the fields instead of outside). I thought I could do it by simply adjusting padding in the available style sheet, however I see it's not so simple and would be grateful to take him up on the offer.
Once the css/layout has been adjusted, can you make this condensed form into a template that I can duplicate for multiple future donation forms?
