We do not currently have C&P integrated with Salesforce. For our annual gala, I have always used a customized C&P checkout page via the legacy platform. This allowed purchasers to select an item (a/k/a ticket level) and then indicate the quantity of tickets they wanted to purchase. I cannot figure out how to do this same thing with the payment forms in the new Connect platform. It seems I can only set one amount, but the purchaser does not have the ability to indicate a quantity. Is there something I'm missing, or am I able to somehow get access and use our old checkout page?

Good day @taramiller
Sorry, as of now there is NO option to sell tickets in Connect as those are all donation forms. We have planned and it is in road map for future enhancement. However, you do still have access to the old portal and checkout pages. Do you have any issues with accessing the old portal?

Hi, I have been able to figure out how to access the old portal. Can you tell me how long those checkout pages will be available/accessible? Our gala is in April 2017 so I just want to make sure they will be functioning and available through that time frame. Thanks.Comment

Good day taramiller
The old checkout pages and system will be active for the rest of the year and possibly 2018. They will not be taken offline until all features are available in Connect.
You may easily access the old system by logging to Connect and on the right hand side click on the "person" icon and choose legacy login.
The rest is just like before. The forms and checkout pages will work as before and are accessible by simply using their link.
I hope I have answered your question.Last edited by CnP.Support; 01-02-2017, 11:16 AM.Regards,

One point that I forgot to mention. The access link is ONLY available for those users that are defined in the Portal. The users that are in Connect are not the same users as in the legacy portal. If you want members of your team to have access to Portal then grant them access as users in the Portal.
The two user databases are not the same as the entire method of user definition is different in each platform. The new Connect users use profiles and are very granular.
Just thought to let you know to avoid confusion.Regards,

Hello,
I was wondering if the option to use the payment forms in Connect to sell "tickets" (multiple qty items) is going to be implemented any time soon or if there's any possible way to do so currently through Connect?? We're trying to use the Connect payment forms for class sign-ups, since it has the variable custom question feature.
Thanks!Comment
