"Thank You Message" Error

Hello -

When donors complete our forms (including during my own tests) they are seeing an issue with the Thank You messaging. It is showing the full HTML of that section, including the text rules and transaction details. Is this something that we can fix ourselves?

On a similar note, since this thank you messaging is anchored to the top of the form, donors are not seeing seeing this note unless they back up to the top of the form. A few people have called-in worried that their transactions have not gone through. Note - we currently have our forms I-Framed into our site.

Are you referring to the <STRONG> </STRONG> HTML tags in the text?

Yes, exactly. It is also showing transaction details, when we have never intended it to do so. Attached is an image of how the Thank you Message is displayed in the form-builder.

We will review the STRONG tab but the rest are added automatically to allow for tracking of the transaction.

The authorization information is part of all thank you pages and are appended to the end of the thank you result as a matter of requirement by the gateways.

The HTML tags showing is something we will review for you shortly.
