seeing the thank you page content without scrolling

The length of our donation form (built using FormBuilder) causes the donor to scroll the enclosing page down to finish the donation process. When they arrive at the Thank You page, all they see is blank because the "thank you" message is up at the top of the page, which they would have to scroll up to see.

What is the best practice for causing the donor to see the "thank you" message immediately after completing their donation, without scrolling up?

This is a known issue which we are working on and hopefully in the next update it will be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Has there been an update to this issue? We are having a problem where donors resubmit their donation because they aren't sure it's gone through with this blank screen showing up.

Hi!

Resurfacing this issue to see if it has been fixed. We have been having a ton of problems with this issue. We have been putting the forms into i-frames across our site, here's an example of our main membership form - www.wta.org/join
