We are just starting to use the new Connect platform and it seems buggy and lacks some key functions

• Add the ability to have a default donation option
• Add the ability to set default number or time frame of recurring payments
• More flexibility for rectangular logos and images
• Add the ability to "link" to the terms and conditions. IE <<REMOVED BY ADMIN>>
• add the ability to "test" checkout pages and widgets like in the old system
• Fix the checkout forms widget (not working).

I am not sure what you mean by buggy since we are not aware of any bugs. The system is used by a lot of clients successfully without any issues.

What bugs are you experiencing? What is the link or details of the bug?

Forms/ widgets does not work. There were 2 widgets in my account yesterday and now there are none and I can not make any new ones. I have tried the fix suggested yesterday of clearing the history, re logging (with a new code) and I still don't see my widgets.

May I ask you to clear your browser cache? I have tested this in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Vivaldi and all work with no issues.

Please clear your cache and let me know if you still have issues.

Yes I have again cleaned the history and closed the browser then run CC cleaner. log back in (with a new code) and still NO widget?

What browser are you using? Also did you clear the "Cache". It is a Cache issue.. I am pretty sure. I will post browser types and the image shortly to show what we see.

Also have you tried another browser? e.g. Firefox?

I have now tried MS IE with the same results. I have never logged into C&P with IE.

We have tested this on many different computers and see it in every case. Please see browser & versions below:

Images below show:

• Mac OS X: Safari
• Windows: Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, Edge, Blisk

as seen all browsers show the Widget for 2016 Year End campaign as shown. All these images are taken from remote servers outside our network and logged as you in the system as shown at the top of each browser image. This is the same login as you do when you login.








Our test team is testing this further. We do not see a single issue with what you are reporting.

& in reference to the Terms & Conditions, we think it is a good idea to change the field to an HTML editor. Please note that the total size of the field is 1500 characters so naturally HTML tags will take that space.

Of course, being an HTML editor, will help with putting links to outside pages.

We will add this in the update due out in December.

I have now tried it on my android phone (chrome) and I suffer the same issue. IE no widgets.

As for the terms and conditions do you have generic "boiler plate" language you use or recommend? I am asking because in the original legacy system you provided your boilerplate language ********removed***********

We have never provided any terms or conditions given the liability involved. We cannot possibly know what the term of your interaction with the donor is.

I will remove any reference to other companies in your thread.
