Cannot Create/Save Widget

Hello,

I have been trying for over an hour now to create a widget in a campaign I just set up.

When I click "Save and Preview" nothing shows up in the preview.

When I click "Save" I get no error message, but am brought back to the list of widgets for the current campaign and it is blank.

We need to have this widget up ASAP for a mailing that is going out.

The campaign name is 2016 End of Year Appeal.

I have granted you access for one week to our salesforce account in case that is needed.

We reviewed and found NO issues with creating and viewing the Widget. There is one widget: "2016 End of Year Appeal" already exist. However, we have created one Widget and found NO issues:

We the same issue Can not make or save a widget.. " 2016 Year end" campaign.

Please go to your browser setting and clear your local cache.

We have seen, at times, browser cache is not updating. Please clear the "Cache" and let us know if you still have issues. We tested your account and see no issues.

You may also try a browser that you have not worked with before. Let us know how that goes.
