1. Can I change the template for an existing form, or must I start it over with a new template? This would help in comparing different UXs.
2. How do I customize the Connect donation form to allow donations from companies so they arrive in Salesforce as Opportunities with the Account field set to the company's Account in SF?
3. I do not see ACH/EFT as a payment choice in the Connect Campaign area. How do I enable this as a choice? Or is it not possible with C&P?
