  • Form designer Q's

    1. Can I change the template for an existing form, or must I start it over with a new template? This would help in comparing different UXs.
    2. How do I customize the Connect donation form to allow donations from companies so they arrive in Salesforce as Opportunities with the Account field set to the company's Account in SF?
    3. I do not see ACH/EFT as a payment choice in the Connect Campaign area. How do I enable this as a choice? Or is it not possible with C&P?

    1. It is not possible to change the template of existing form.

    2. In order to offer the matching gift on the Connect form, you need to enable the DTD in respective Campaign Settings:

    Note: To enable the third party apps, go to Settings > Third Party Integration and give the required information for activation of the apps: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/2589026


    3. You may enable the eCheck as payment option under respective Campaign > Campaign Details > Payment Details:
