Good day @Jack Straw
There is NO issues with search box. While searching the name you may need to wait for couple of seconds so that the data retrieve from the database.
Regarding the filtering, we are sub-categorizing the Campaigns into the specific category from the main page which is listed based on the donations. As stated, it is all depends on the donations made in the Campaign.
Hope that answers your question. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Thanks for the response. I got as far as the drop down, but then if I clicked on it, or hit enter, or clicked the magnifying glass, it just went back to the main page without going to the campaign in question. (OK, I just tried it twice and first it didn't work, and then it did work. But I tried several times yesterday and it didn't work at all.)
So until we get some donations it won't show up at all, even if people are filtering for arts and culture? Not sure I understand that approach, but okay. Thank you.

Good day @!Jack Straw
Please see below, we don't see any issues with the search function:
Regarding showing the campaign, it all depends on the transactions. Based on the number of transactions processed through that campaign, it appear on the connect page.
Hope that answers your question. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Leave a comment:

How do campaigns show up on the Connect home page?
Neither our original default campaign (which I have now made inactive) and a new campaign we created was showing up in the grid at connect.clickandpledge.com, even when filtered for arts and culture, which we have categorized it under. (And as of today the search function on the home page seems to be completely non-functional.) How do we get our campaign to show up on the home page?Tags: None
