We're having an issue with our GiveBig platform with respect to Fundraisers - here is a recap:
we're having problems signing up fundraisers. two main ones:
1. when i sign up a person, it says that a code is sent to the person's email to complete the set-up. however, the person is not being sent an email.
2. i'm able to ask to reset the person's password, but when the person receives the password reset email, they get a blank email.
This is the NFCB-GiveBig account. I tried it on the KSJD-Community Radio Partners and the Boise Community Radio. Both are having the same issue.
