  • Invalid Campaign / Org not set up correctly

    It appears that our Connect Org is not set up correctly. Any time I try to access our page or a widget preview I get an error. Here is an example of the URL for a widget: https://connect.clickandpledge.com/w...9-2429164c2e1a
    As you can see it appears that the Organization is missing. This also appears on our home profile page:

    Please advise as we are hoping to launch our giving campaign tomorrow.

      CnP.Support.AM I'm not sure what you are asking.

      Here is our account #:20289
      I have logged into Connect and the URL it gives me under the Organization Home is "https://connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization//". I am the admin for other CnP accounts and this url typically includes the name of our organization. So it appears our account is not set up properly.

        The problem is the organization has 2 accounts with Click & Pledge:
        • Account #: 15915 [in this account Connect was ENABLED but the URL was set to: blfundafrica
        • Account #: 20289 [in this account Connect was DISABLED and no URL was set.
        The organization is part of an umbrella account in Seattle and as such has 2 accounts. If they are not using one we can disable it to avoid this confusion in the future.

        We enabled account 20289 and set it with domain: blfundafrica and renamed the URL of account 15915 to blfundafrica-SF

        Please test it & let us know if it works.

          Hi,

          I believe I'm having the same issue! Can you look into my account? Account#: 20201

          I have an account based in the prior website (legacy portal) and now I have a different account number with the new click & pledge website.

          Could you enable the new one? But, could you tell me what would happen when the other account is disabled?

            You have 2 accounts with C&P and the domain: aclfnorthwest is being used by the other account.

            - 15509
            - 20201

            Do you wish for us to change the other account to possibly aclfnorthwest2?

              Hmm, I have a couple of questions.
              Are you saying that the two accounts I have are not interfering with the campaign I'm trying to set up under 20201? I am not able to set up the payment page and it seems like I've done all the necessary steps to make the page live for the campaign.

              If I have two accounts essentially for the same organization, would I still be able to keep the existing campaign I have on my website: https://co.clickandpledge.com/sp/d1/...aspx?wid=59336 for the time being? While I create a new campaign/payment page under the 20201 account?

              Or am I not asking the right questions...?

                That is not what I am saying.

                Each account in Connect uses the organization's domain name for its URL. Please see your account's URL in Connect:

                - https://connect.clickandpledge.com/O...tyLeaders3794/

                If you review the URL the domain name: aclfnorthwest

                after /Organization/

                That is set up based on your Organization's website address.

                Naturally 2 organizations cannot have the same URL - I hope you see the point.

                You have 2 accounts with us and both cannot have the same URL. If you want we can change the account that the Seattle Foundation is the admin for (or disable it) and transfer the domain to the second account.

                I know it is confusing.. does this make sense?

                  Your recent post does make sense! What would disabling the account (Account #:15509) do?

                  I think I'm running into other difficulties....Please let me know if this is a more appropriate question somewhere else?
                  I'm trying to set up a new payment website/campaign for my organization, ACLF - aclfnorthwest.org

                  But, I'm not able to set up the profile URL even though it's not the same as the one you sent

                  It keeps coming up as an error. What should I be doing?

                      Hi CnP.Support ,
                      I am having the same issue Jason mentioned in his initial post - we also have multiple accounts and for account #18521 our profile URL is being listed as https://connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization// and I believe it causing the donate page associated with this account to not work (says "invalid campaign" when i try to process). Can you help me update this to: https://connect.clickandpledge.com/O...ashingtonbus2/ (the other one under account #16406 is washingtonbus1 and the donate page is working).
