We reviewed and found that the settings for Live Stream has been NOT updated. We have changed that to Hide and it is not showing on the page:

You maybe seeing the cache. Please clear the cache or wait for couple of minutes until it loads the changes.

Okay so is there a way to remove these from the form? I need to be able to track the information from these two questions, and even after selecting "hide" and "no" in the settings, they still show on the form...I would add them as custom questions myself, but doing so means there are two sets of the same questions which is really tacky and confusing.

Yes, that is true. As of now there is no way to use that information but as stated it is under development and will move those info into custom fields.

Okay, so if I am understanding correctly, the data from those two C&P fields do get "posted" to Salesforce with the rest of the data, but there is no way from me, currently, to utilize the information.

We are not putting those values in any of the Salesforce fields since those values are passing as custom parameters in XML. We are working on that and it is under development to pass those values as custom questions so that one can map those values to the fields in Salesforce.

Does the Live Stream Information (specifically Allow Anonymous Option and Allow Display Name Customization) get transferred into Salesforce in any way and/or is there an option to do so?
