    Two related questions
    1) We have two accounts. In the new connect interface, how do I switch back and forth between the accounts. I only seem to be able to log in to our main account. However, when I navigate to the legacy portal I am prompted to select the account I want to view during the login process.
    2) How can I submit a transaction so that it counts toward the progress meter on a specific connect widget?

    1. It is important to note that user databases in Portal are NOT the same as the Connect platform. On October 5, when Connect 2.x went into production all ADMIN users were ported to Connect. Only administrators can login to Connect and once logged in they may set up any user with any profile.

    New users in Portal will NOT be able to access Connect. If you wish to login to Connect and you are not an administrator please contact the account administrator and ask that a new user be set up for your email.

    When you login to Connect, all accounts that have the same email address will be offered for login. If you wish to login to accounts with a single email, please add the same email address to both accounts. This may be done by the administrator.

    2. You will need to process the transaction from the respective Widget ONLY.

      1. I actually am posing a different question -- not about users. We have two separate account - a main one for most of our donations (#24461) and a secondary account for Give OUT Day (#31410). When I log in to Connect, it only logs in to 24461. How can I access the 31410 account? When I log in to the portal, I am prompted to select one of these two accounts just after I submit my login credentials.

      2. When we used Give Big, we were able to submit transactions via the VT in portal and have them add up to the displayed totals. Since Connect seems similar to GB, it seems like there must be a way to submit additional transactions that don't come through the widget. There isn't a workaround?

        1. Are you logging in with [email protected]*** email address? Would you please check now and let us know if it didn't prompt you with 2 accounts on the login page.

        2. I understand that but in Connect as of now it is not possible. You need to process the transaction within the Widget in order to reflect into the progress meter.

            Good day @Radha

            NO, that is only for your user. As stated above, the administrator need to add the other users with the same email address in order for them to see list of accounts at login page.
