Issues with form builder

Hi,
I'm having a few issues with the new form builder. It's a great improvement! Can you help with the following?

The buttons in my form are displaying differently on my site vs in my form (called "Payment form embedded"). On the form, they are small buttons in two rows. On my site, they are stacked buttons with one button per row.

Can I customize the color that the selected amount donate button is highlighted? It's bright pink now and I'd like it to be #fcb315.

Can I customize the color of the input text box border when someone is typing in it? It is blue now and I'd like it to be #409a9a.

Once the form is submitted, the confirmation thank you message is way up at the top of the page and the user is not directed back to the top of the form, so it's not clear that the form has submitted. (I do not wish for there to be a scroll on the form inside my donate page.) Can that be changed?

REPLY: We reviewed your donation page and found that the reason for the above issue is because of the width of your form container.

Please note that the Connect pages are responsive, which means it will break the elements according to the screen size/container size.

In your case, the container width is 600px (where you pasted the embedded code) which makes the form elements to break.



If you make it to 100% then it show the form as you are expecting:

REPLY: As of now that is not an option but it has been added to the next release and hopefully it is due out in couple of days.

REPLY: Sorry, as of now it is not possible. However, I will forward this to our developers to see the possibilities.

-Custom receipts: Can I alter the way the sender's name and subject line are displayed? Right now it displays:

One last question: Does the form builder support "in honor of" gifts? Thanks!

You may change the From email address under Connect >> Settings >> Account Information >> here update the Receipt Reply To Email Address. Regarding the subject line is the Organization name.



As of now we don't have "in hour of" gifts options.

Thanks for your reply! Could you please add those features to a request list for a future release? I'd love to have a form builder option of "In Honor Of" gifts and be able to customize the subject line of the custom receipt.

Regarding "In Honor Of" gifts (we are starting with Gift Memberships) we are having success using the Custom Questions. Add these to your donation for for all the informaiton you need to collect for the "In Honor Of" and then it will be collected as part of the transaction. If you are using Salesforce then you can map the response to each custom question to fields on the SF Contact or SF Opportunity.
