Do custom receipts send the copy of the receipt in the email as well as in a PDF form? I know that the default receipts do this, I just want to make sure that custom one will as well. Also, does the system keep track of who got a receipt, and if not, is there a way to resend a receipt?

Yes, Custom receipts includes the PDF as well. However, receipt will send to the email listed in the transaction and you may also resend the receipt to any emails by going into the respective transaction.
