I am trying to change the default background image on template 5 for the campaign payment form in the new Connect 2.0 but everything I upload is cropped and fuzzy because it is zoomed in or whatever. What image size is the best to upload so the image quality turns out good?

As of now we have not restricted the size limit of the image and dimensions. If you want to use image as a background which should display for all the devices/screens with max resolution, then you will have to use a large image to accommodate the largest device in the market. It is hard to restrict the image size due to so many screens. However, we believe 2048 x 1536 pixels is good for most of the screens.
Due to the screen sizes the image might crop according to the Height of the screen. For instance it might not display full image on your screen but it may appear full on other big screens. It all depends on the aspects ratios of the screens.
