The Form Builder is not showing properly

Hi,

I have a form builder embedded on the website. Everything looks good on the website. However, when I use my cell phone, the form is being cut. Attacked are two screenshots (one horizontal, one vertical). I can't scroll the form down. Is this a known issue? Could you fix this please?

May I know the model and version# of the mobile device you are seeing the above issue?

I phone is iphone 6 with iOS 10.0.2 version. Another colleague has iphone 5s and the form also not looks good on her phone. However, I tried it on an Android phone, and the form works on Android phone! So my conclusion is the form works on Android phone but not iphone. I don't know if this is a valid conclusion. Anyway, is there a way to fix the problem? We want the form works for all mobile systems.

We have fixed the issue. You will need to replace the iFrame code into your website. Please login to Connect >> Campaigns > click on respective Campaign >> and get a code from the respective form and replace it into your website.



Please test it and let us know if you find any issues.
