Hi, We've just added a new User into C&P for my email (I'd been sharing with another user) but when i try to login to Connect, it says my email isn't found. My Username is Adrianna Carlesimo, for Account # 36740. Let me know what I've done wrong, thanks!

That is not true & here is why.
Connect has an extremely elaborate profile & security setting. You may define profiles and assign them to users. When the new Connect 2.x release was launched we simply ported all ADMIN users to the Connect platform with ADMIN profile. No other users were ported.
Users in Portal do not work in Connect. Portal will retire once all its feature have been ported and as such given the flexibility of Connect all needs to be done in Connect.
An admin may define unlimited users with various profiles but that is only applicable in Connect.
