re-using payment forms

I've created a payment form on a campaign. Is there a way I can either save it as a template, or in some other way make it available to other campaigns so that I don't have to re-do it for every campaign?

This option is not currently available but is in the works. A series of updates are in the pipeline with a number of enhancements and this request is one of them.
