2.0 Campaigns, additional Donor info?

It is possible to collect additional information on the donor's name in these campaigns/payment forms?

In particular, we'd like to have a drop-down field for Prefix (Mr., Ms., Dr. etc.) and Suffix (Jr., etc.). And because some of our donors give as a couple, we'd like to ask for the Spouse/Partner's First Name and Last Name.

Please instruct on how this can be configured, if possible. Thanks in advance.

This option is currently NOT available but I will forward this to our developers to see if they can include this feature in upcoming releases.

Regarding the Spouse/Partners's name, you may collect it by adding Custom Questions to the form.
