  • 2.0 Payment Forms - pink buttons and transfered field coloring

    form_fields.PNG I've been fine-tuning the colors on our form, and for the past day or two, the Amount Buttons sporadically turn pink, which is not our brand color. And sometimes, the field color takes on the properties that the Amount Buttons should have. The attached screen grab shows Firefox, Chrome, and IE side by side.

    How can I get control of the Amount Button color scheme, and get the fields to appear as white in every browser?

    We reviewed it on all browsers and the color is the same and the same Hex code is shown.

    What is your expectation? Should it be a different color?

      The buttons should NOT be pink. I've set them to be dark blue with white text and a red border, and the form fields should be white. Here's what I'm seeing in my editor.

          Good day AndreaF

          Please post the image as a JPG and NOT a PNG. As you can see the links you have provided cannot be seen.

          Please use the editor's image icon and add a JPG file to your post.

            Good day AndreaF

            I see the issue you are reporting.

            We are reviewing it - a developer is now reviewing this and I will update it once I know what is going on.

                Any insight yet?

                I had recently reverted any and all changes in the CSS to rule it out as a possibility. Since before I initiated this post, there's been code in my CSS which I believe was overriding my own selections from the toolbar.
                I removed these lines for the class .amount_btn,
                background-color: #ff4081;
                color: #fff;
                and the result is the buttons are now light gray with black text.

                That's still not our brand colors, but it's acceptable and legible.

                I still welcome your insight into what's going on, and why the form fields continue to be blue in Chrome (taking on the attributes the Amount Buttons should have).
                Thanks,
                Andrea
