Custom Questions in new Form Builder

I put in a custom question in the setup. It does not appear in the form. I can find formatting options for settings, but can't find the custom question section. ??

Also - the form I have put inline on my site does not work with an iphone and doesn't fully display on an ipad. - can you check it out?

We see the issue you are reporting.

We are reviewing it - a developer is now reviewing this and I will update it once we know what is going on.

Our developers reviewed and concluded there is NO issue with Form Builder but it is an cache issue. If you wait for couple of minutes or clear the browser cache you can see the custom question in the form.

Please check and let us know if you find any issues.

Have YOU looked at it? I was kicking myself for not clearing the cache, which is one of those things I'm always telling other people to do, but that doesn't do it. I cleared the cache and looked at it in Connect, refreshed screen etc. I also replaced the iframe code in the MSC website page as above, and looked at it, refreshed screen, etc. Have not made ANY changes to the form or the campaign details. Looked at it in Safari as well as Chrome. Am I on the latest version in Connect? Is there a chance that the developers are ahead of me? (I know where to check in SF, but I do not know where to find latest v. in Connect 2)

This is global update so all are at same version. However, I have looked your form and added the custom question to it and can see the changes on the page. It may take a minute or some to update the cache.



However, while reviewing we noticed that you have created Custom Question Section but didn't added the Question to the section. In order to appear the Custom Questions into the form, there must be Question added to the Custom Question Section:

Well, I saw what you did and fixed THAT. Thanks. I did doubt it was just a cache issue. However: I can't make it move down on the page to the bottom (having changed the order to "5"), and I can't change the background color of the default custom question header.

It can be move by holding the left click on the "Drag to Rearrange" button on the particular section:



Please note that the section color will not be change for particular section. If you change the section color it will applicable for all the section background color.

It looks like you have made some wording changes in the form builder to make this process clearer, and it works fine! Also appreciate that I can save a form from one campaign to another!! GREAT!
