2.0 - Receipt Builder and VT

Can the Receipt Builder receipts be used in conjunction with the Virtual Terminal? It would be nice if the donors whose transactions we process there could receive the nice-looking receipt. Thanks.

You may assign the transaction to an existing campaign with a custom receipt. The receipt for that campaign will be used for that transaction.

It does. However, in the VT, I see the field for "Campaign," but it's not a drop-down menu or any kind of picklist of my existing campaigns. I have several campaigns that are named similarly. Would I need to copy-paste the Campaign name field there to get it right?

Please note that the field is a lookup field. Start typing and after the 3rd character the field will show you all your campaigns. While you may copy & paste it, we do not recommend it as it may not pick up the right campaign.

Please simply type the name and the system will show you all the matching campaigns.
