2.0 Payment forms- How to remove Anonymous, Display Name, Public Posted comment

So happy to be building a new form in Connect 2.0 today!

I'm looking for and I don't see a setting for removing the following three elements from the Payment Form.
* Make this donation anonymously
* Display my Name as :
* Your public posted comment :

Please note that forms & widgets are displays of a campaign.

All those settings are in the Campaign.

I didn't know what "Live Stream" was. Thank you.

Updating those Live Stream options can get rid of the following:
* Make this donation anonymously
* Display my Name as :

However, how would I get rid of the following option?:
* Your public posted comment :

In order to do that simply you need to hide the Live Stream option:

I still don't understand Live Stream and can't find documentation on it. I'd like to have the "name as you want it" and "anonymous" but don't know about Live Stream. So should I just make a section for my questions and turn off live stream?
