Unfortunately, we haven't gotten any traction from Double the Donation. I believe we are set to have an automatic renewal in December. What is the process for cancelling?

The renewal is on the first year anniversary.

Please contact Double The Donation since they are the ones that will be handling the account. Our licensing pays for your first year of use.
