I have our secondary, Give OUT Day account configured to send system receipts to three email addresses. This is configured in Portal --> Account Info. We recently noticed that new instances of recurring gifts established in this account were not triggering the system receipt to send. So I added those three email addresses to the Give Big Platform at Donate button --> Notification List.
The system receipts are still not being received. Is there some place else this needs to be configured?
