May I ask what you mean by "trouble"?
Are they getting decline? From what countries?
Connect does not have any issues with processing international currencies or from anywhere in the world. Your donors may come from high risk countries. If you give me the first and last initial or the date you have seen a problem we can determine the cause of the decline.
You may also see the decline reason in Connect for the transaction. Whatever we can see you can see in the transaction tab.
The decline reason will show why it was declined and the Fraud test will show Fail if caught as fraud.
