Give Big verification email

Just some feedback...

We use Barracuda as our spam filter. The verification email a user receives while creating a personal fundraiser page on the Give Big platform gets a really high spam score from Barracuda.

Never liked Barracuda, but that is a different story.

Do you have any indication as to what the reason for the high score is? Barracuda, historically, is not too smart about SPAM. It uses quite archaic methods but we are interested in seeing what tests it has failed- perhaps we can try to remove those texts or triggers.

I have researched the issue and see what the problem is. The reason that the spam score is high is because your DNS settings do not reflect the fact that email being sent by our servers is legitimate. Because the verification email says it is from your domain, you need edit your DNS settings and add the following to your existing SPF record:
include:_custspf.clickandpledge.cc
This text should be ADDED to what you already have, after the similar phrase for salesforce.com and before the ~all
Once that is done, you should see the spam scores drop.
