Fundraisers in a state- how to get out?

Please look at our fundraisers. We have problems with them not receiving activation emails. Some seem to work others not. I have no way of seeing if emails were sent, do I?

Sorry but we totally forgot to update this post.

We activated all your users - all they have to do is to request a password reset. They will be able to login.

Please resend Seth G's activation email? He says he did not receive one. Can't wait until the 26th for the new feature

Please send us the first name of the person that has not received the email and we will process it here.

This feature is included in the next release due out the week of January 26, 2015.

For now we will be able to activate them and they can go in and reset their password.

They are now approved. They have no URL. I need to send an email with the fundraisers actual CODE and instructions how to proceed?
I won't go into how we got to this unless it is helpful. Thanks!
