    Radha,

I understand the user's concern. When a patron visits your site they see the donation form on a non-secured page. You are iframing the SECURE page but since it is iframed the average user does not see the HTTPS:// that is hidden.

Naturally all communication is 256 bit encrypted since the iframe is secure but the "perception" is that the page is not secure.

Depending on where your site is hosted we strongly recommend that you add a secure key to your site. You may buy SSL for ~$10 a year and it will help with the cosmetics of your site.

You may want to explore this site for purchasing the SSL: https://www.servertastic.com/?utm_ca...rvertastic.com

    For example: https://www.servertastic.com/rapidssl

    buying a 3 year SSL is $40

Hope that answers your question & your patron's concern.

The user didn't provide much detail. But here's our main donation page:

    http://transgenderlawcenter.org/donate

    We also have widgets here:
    http://transgenderlawcenter.org/dona...ustice-council

    And here:
    http://transgenderlawcenter.org/dona...emaker-society

Not sure which one they were using.

    Good day @Radha,

That is not possible. Not that we are PCI Level 1 and that every aspect of our existence is 256 bit encrypted but we don't have anything that is not secure.

Do you have the link to the page they reported this issue on? We like to review the content.

    Chrome compatibility

    Hi all,

Our main donation page uses a Connect widget. This past weekend a donor reported that they attempted to make an online donation while using Chrome as their browser. They reported receiving a message indicating that the connection was not secure. Are there any known compatibility issues? User error?

    Thanks,
    Radha
