  • Payment Form Custom Question text exceeding 50 characters

    Hi, we're new on C&P and getting ready to deploy. It's absolutely essential that we have more room to express one of our custom questions than the 50 characters allotted. The answer choices on this question are simple (yes/no), but the question must be stated in a particular way for legal reasons.

    50 characters is too restrictive. Please help! Please modify the product or give us a workaround, such as an insertable text label (HTML) or something. Thank you.

    Good day!

    Based on your request, during the office hour, we have implemented this feature and is currently under test. We should be able to release it before the end of the week (April 15, 2016).

    The feature is being added to Connect and not the administrative portal (https://portal.clickandpledge.com). The portal features are fixed and no more updates will be made to its features. All new features are being added to Connect pages and widgets.

        Good day!

        I am told that the release is now being replicated across all servers. You may want to test it in an hour. Depending on your luck you may hit the right server and see it. Please note that replication happens with servers being taken offline and updated while others are online. If you login and don't see it log out and try again in 30 minutes.

          Currently the most we can do is 200 characters as that is the maximum size of the field in our core API platform.
