Changing organization name in URL alias

Hello C&P. Our organization is now doing business under a different name. Is it possible to change the name of our organization as it appears in the URL alias for our Connect pages? Thank you

No problem! What is your new website? Also note that once changed the old links will not work and you need to make sure everyone has the new links.

Thank you. Our new address is energyx.org. We are just starting to use Connect and Events so we haven't created any pages yet. But I'm wondering if this will affect just Connect or all of our Click and Pledge elements. Either way, we would like to go ahead and make that change. Thank you.

The change will only affect the Connect pages, widgets, etc. All things "Connect". This has no effect on anything Salesforce.

One more thing, how would we change the name of the organization that appears on our profile page, and can we change it just for Connect to "The Energy Xchange".

That is easy-- for now you have to change this in the Portal. Soon all that will be moved to Connect.

Please login to https://portal.clickandpledge.com > Account Info > Profile.

In Connect the campaign name may be changed by going to the Connect > Campaigns
