Hi I was wondering what this ASPX logo download is when people access a connect page or donate widget. Is there a way to not have this happen? Let me know if you need more information. Thanks for your help!!

Good day!
Sorry about your problem. We had office hour today and people attended without any issues. Strange you had problem- I wonder if others have had issues as well.
We close the room at 3:30 p.m. ET to ensure that all questions are answered before 6 p.m. Office hour starts at 3 p.m. and the room closes at 3:30 - this way all those present will have their questions answered.
As was also announced, there will not be office hour tomorrow March 30, 2016. We will be back online on March 31.
Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.Regards,

I have seen this odd behavior on loading the WERU donation page (at https://weru.org/click-and-pledge-test): a file named logo.aspx starts downloading. Here is the code which appears to generate the download ( this is part of the embedded iframes from clickandpledge):
<iframe width="1" height="1" frameborder="0" src="https://connect.clickandpledge.com/l...ea35a0e00af6c8" scrolling="no">
Here are the contents of the logo.aspx file:

I see this occasionally. I am running Chrome 48.0.2564.116 on Mac OS X 10.11.3. The code displays as a single black pixel below both the recurring and single gift forms. I also see the pixels when viewing the site with Firefox 43.0.4 and Safari 9.0.3.
When I follow the link:
it redirects to:
which would appear to be related to kaptcha.
Do you know why this is appearing? If it is not necessary, can it be removed?
