Setup User only to manage Campaigns?

Hi. I'd like to give a user access only to setup and manage a campaign in Connect, but not give them admin access to the entire Click & Pledge installation. What are the appropriate permissions I should set for them in the "Build New Users" form?

As of this post only admins have access to Connect. We will have a release in April where granular permissions may be assigned to each task & tab in Connect.

The current release is an extension of the Portal and with the April release all features of Portal will be moved to Connect.
