    Our credit cards are suddenly not processing. When you attempt to donate, you receive a message that says "payment not processed, try again or contact your bank. Account number 27731, campaign 2016 Fluvanna Penguin Plunge.

    Good day!

    We have reviewed the instance and all seem to be working fine. Our testing initially failed during the office hour but it was because the test card that was used was incorrect and had expired.

    Are you still experiencing any issues? We contacted the gateway regarding the issue and were told they had an issue which was resolved around the same time where connections were being dropped. We have no way of identifying if these were related.

    Have you had any issues since then?
