    Good day!

    Please start a new thread for each of your questions. Mixed threads make it hard for us to keep track of what has been answered.

    System receipts, the one you have provided as a sample, have limited customization capability. The only information that may be updated is the Organization Information which is the section about the item listing page and below the organization name.

    Each checkout page has a field titled "Receipt Header" which provides 1500 characters to be added in the stated area. Nothing else may be customized. In order to ensure deliverablity we also don't offer image upload for the receipt.

    If you are using Salesforce you may use our autoresponder & C&P Designer to fully customize the receipts with an HTML designer. This feature is currently only available in our Salesforce PaaS application.

    One last note- in the absence of any customization in the "Receipt Header" for the donation form the system will use the following information from the "Account Info > Profile" section:

    - Organization name
    - Address 1
    - Address 2
    - City, State Zip
    - Country
    - Email: Notification email list
    - Phone

    If the "Receipt Header" is added it will replace the above default setting.

    I need to adjust content in the Details section (This is a recurring payment.
    Your card will be charged $ 10.00 every Month. For cancellation please contact us at the email
    address or phone number listed above.) but I don't know where or how to do this. I was able to edit the footer area without much trouble at https://portal.clickandpledge.com/YourAccount/(Receipt), but that's as far as I could go. Also, is it possible to edit the header area with an images? Could someone help me solve these problems?

    Was there an answer on what merge fields are available/when?? We would like to add the fundraiser's name to the receipt also.

    Good day!

    I have requested this to be added to the Salesforce release 9.x due out before the end of the year.

    Currently the Autoresponder does not have the fundraiser as a variable in Salesforce and the main platform does not include that in the receipt either. This is being added in Connect release 2.0 due out before the end of the year.

    We'd like to be able to include the name of the fundraiser in the receipt when a donor supporters a particular fundraiser (person). Is that possible? If so what are the merge fields that are available for receipts. Is there a list somewhere?
