  • Supporters' campaigns are not showing up on organization's page

I have two supporters who has set up campaigns. Those campaigns are found when I search on their user IDs, but do not appear on my organization's page.

Also, their campaigns have ridiculously long and complicated URLs. Is there a way to edit the URL so that it's more easily shared?

    Good day!

fundraisers do not set up campaigns - they may only set up their own fundraising pages. Campaigns are ONLY set up by the organizations and fundraisers may become fundraisers for those campaigns.

When someone donates to the campaign through the fundraiser page the fundraiser will get credit for the donation.

The URL for the fundraiser may not be shortened at this time as it has references to the organization, campaign, and their ID so all that information is required to determine whose page it is. They may use a URL shortening site as such tinyurl.com or bit.ly to shorten the URL. URL shortening redirect is in the roadmap for the pages but no ETA is yet set.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

It would be most helpful if the people who are actively fundraising for my organization show up in the search results for my organization's name.

Right now it is very difficult to find a specific campaign or fundraiser's page.

Could this quick change be made? How soon?
