Thanks: In Thrid Party set-up, only Twilio appears, and there is no "new" button. I have activated in the portal, and have the interface embedded on my website. Happy to fix myself if you can tell me how, as I'm setting up affiliates with this as well, and they may all have the same problem. But if it's something you need to do, I've granted access. in Salesforce you have not set it up. See below:
The DoubleTheDonation needs to be set up in the Portal and in Salesforce.
