  • Bowl-a-thon

Hi: We're having a bowl-a-thon on Saturday. Bowlers have registered through events, and collected pledges from a webform on our website. We have created a payment page in connect, and made a custom question for people to say which bowler they are supporting. However, we would like each bowler to create their own page, using the "become a fundraiser" function. My team wants to help them set up these pages at the event. Question: will setting up a dozen "become a fundraiser" pages on the same computer in a short period of time result in that computer being flagged for fraud?

    Good day!

Not necessarily. Catching a transaction as fraud is based on a large number of parameters. I suggest that you whitelist the IP address during the event. Please see the following KB article:This question has already been answered during the office hours. I am adding this answer to complete the thread.
