  • Can't Access the Connect Portal

    Hello,
    I am able to sign into the regular Click & Pledge portal but my username/password will not allow me to sign into the Connect Platform. The error message says: “Sorry but we cannot find the Email / Password combination in our system. Please try again.” Is there a reason for this?

    Good day!

    Currently Connect is ONLY available to the account administrators. The release 2.x due out in Q1 will have the complete user management in Connect allowing users to login based on set profiles.

    Please contact your administrator and request administrative rights if you need access to Connect.
