I have settings checked to accept fundraisers, to automatically approve, to notify me when fundraisers sign on, and to send a welcome email. Fundraisers appear to be accepted. I don't know if they are approved. I am not notified and they do not receive a welcome email until I sign in and manage my fundraisers and send the email.

Am I missing a step? Is there something I'm doing wrong. I would like to be notified about new fundraisers. It would also be nice if I didn't have to manually send out a welcome email.
