  • Attempting to edit custom report hangs Connect

    Hi,

    I created a custom report (took an existing Detailed Report and removed some columns and added a filter). It's called "Detailed Report - Raffle Ticket Sales", for organization 25686.. When I attempt to edit it, Connect just hangs: The spinner spins and spins and spins, with no report-editing functions showing.

    Same thing when I try to run the report: spinner spins and spins and spins.

    This happend right after I added a new filter: To show transaction with a specific value of "Tracker". Before I added this filter, the report ran fine. After I added it, it hangs.

    No idea what's going on, so any help would be appreciated.

      Thank you. Yes, the problem is solved and I can now run reports.

      One question, however: Why am I seeing "Discount" and "Convenience Fee" records in the report? We don't have these items as part of the FaaS form that submits the transaction, and I can't see any easy way of excluding these records.

      Is it possible to exclude these records? They have no value to us and just clutter the report.

        Good day @Lew,

        Currently those reports are all detailed reports. Detailed reports include every single item that could be in the basket post, including shipping, discount, fees, etc.

        Options will be added in the future to exclude $0 options from the report. This option is currently available in the Portal reports but are not yet ported to the Connect reports.
