  • Issue - correcting our receipts

    Hello,

    Our account number is 28576. My issue today is regarding the receipts that are generated by Connect.

    About a year ago the person associate with the [email protected] email left our organization. I attempted to change everything in our C&P account to reflect this. However, we are still showing this person's email on the receipt. Can you please advise me where to fix this. I have gone into the portal and see where I have added to proper names and email addresses to our organization account information.

    Good day @tmartell,

    Thank you for posting the image but you stopped short of sending us the entire receipt.

    What I need to help you figure out where this information comes from is the very last line of the receipt- in the footer. It is a small font line that is the very last bottom of the page. The information will help me finding out where this is listed.

      The information at the bottom of the receipts are 28576:77598:PaaS1:PaaS.20150519.003.029.000.000.085:api:133379:ur:

      The attachment will not attach it's too big.

        The issue that needs to be addressed is with checkout page ID:
        77598
        • Login to the Portal: https://portal.clickandpledge.com
        • Click on the Checkout pages
        • Edit the checkout page with WID = 77598
        • Go to the Organization information and edit the information - see below

        The reason this page is being referenced is the "Receipt Information" in Connect is blank so the information from the default page is being used.

        The WID 77598 is the default page:

        In the absence of required information the default information will be used.
