How exactly does Connect and Salesforce integrate? How often does it "sync"?
I am testing a campaign on connect and have included a "Parent Campaign Name" and a "Child Campaign Name," both of which do not exist in Salesforce. But, these and its fundraisers are not appearing in Salesforce.
Are records only "transferred over" once a donation actually has been made? In other words, if there has not been a donation made, then information, such as the campaign, its fundraisers, etc. do not transfer over to Salesforce?
