Issue - Dollar sign shows twice on the page

One of our fundraisers noticed that there are two dollar signs showing on our page. When I look in the back end of my system, I do not see one dollar sign next to the donation amounts. Can this please be fixed?

Sorry that we are having a bit of communication problem. I do not know what these numbers are that you have provided- are they Salesforce campaign ID's? they look like a Salesforce ID but these are of no use to me.

We need the information we asked for.

1: Your Click & Pledge account number: You can get this from Portal > Account Info > Profile > Account ID. You can also get this in Connect by just logging into the account - see below:




Next we need the "Connect" campaign name that you hare having issue. If you go to Connect and click on the Campaign you will see the list of all your campaigns. Which campaign has the issue. Please see below:




Once we know where to login (your account number) and which campaigns you have problem with (campaign names) we will be able to review and see the problem.

Please provide the requested information and we will let you know how to fix it.
