State listing in payment page

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Strange sorting indeed.

Our developers have addressed this and I am told that servers are being replicated now. Updates take about 24 hours by the time all servers are replicated and synced.

For some reason the state listing when entering billing info has Arkansas under Wyoming and not up top with the rest of the A states. This is confusing a lot of our supporters as we are based in Arkansas!
