  • Change Receipt Organization Information in Connect

    In the connect platform, we are trying to figure out how to update the organization information in the receipt. I know how to do it in the other CNP portal, but can't seem to find it in the connect platform. The information in the portal is correct. I've attached a screenshot of the info I cam trying to update.

    Good day!

    The organization profile is NOT yet available in Connect. Currently we are in this mixed environment where organization profile and settings are still in the portal.

    As for the organization information: Are you asking about the red area at the top? The area stating the charge will appear as?

      No, I am referring to the organization address, contact email, phone numbers, etc in the receipt area. It's easy to update in the portal, but have no idea where the information that is in that section is coming from, nor how to change it.

        Everything is accurate in the portal, but it doesn't seem to be pulling over to receipts coming from connect

          @Jasonleming,

          In Connect we are moving into a complete customization of each campaign without having a default value. This will minimize confusion as each campaign is totally self contained.

          Please go to the Campaign > Properties > Payment Form > Receipt Information

          Do you have the information you are showing in this section?

          Your email is associated with many accounts and if we know which campaign you are showing in the picture we can review it for you. The information you hare showing has to come from that section.

          In reviewing one of your campaigns I noticed a typo which you may want to correct as shown below. The information is where the image below shows.

            Yes, we have that selected and filled out. But it's the address and contact information that is showing up on the receipt incorrectly, and we need for it to pull the correct address, email and contact info for the organization that is in the portal. The campaigns that the receipt came from was Foster Care Fund, but we are needing it to be updated for Adoption fund, as well as Areas of Greatest need campaigns.

                Sure. The account # is 26033 and the campaign names are Foster Care Fund, Adoption Fund, and Areas of Greatest Need

                  The field you have set is the one that should be used. The Receipt Header information is the one that should show up for all new transactions.

                  Have you made a transaction on those campaigns and are getting information that is not in the receipt header? Sorry but our tests show that the Receipt Header is what shows up on that section of the receipt.
