Login Issues

My username and password is pulling an "invalid credentials" on the login page. I was able to log into the Click and Pledge portal without a problem though.

My login is [email protected].

I have another account - [email protected] that was able to login just fine for two of my clients, but a third, North Star Reach didn't show up.

Is there something I need to do to activate One Connection Media Group (20588) and North Star Reach (21880) on the Connect platform?
