Campaign Image Upload

Campaign image wont uploade even if i change to the minimum pixels of 250 w x 159 h. Picture size is also less than 500kb. any help?

Strange that you are having issues with the image. It works as we have tested it and others are using it without any problem. We need to figure out what is going on with your image.

Would you please upload the image to the forum so we can review it. Also please post your account number so we can test the image with your settings.

Image dimensions are listed as:

250 w x 159 h. Images cannot be more than 500 kB

Your image is 169 x 159

so your width is less than the allowable limited. This has a strict size setting because the first page of the site has the mosaic of all campaigns and the width of all images are designed to be the same while allowing the height to change.

I'm having the same issues. A 270 x 268 px 72 dpi image won't show on upload.
