After not being able to login on the Connect site, I went to the portal to check my settings and noticed that although "Connect Platform" was active, the URL displayed was https://connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization// (note that the organization name is missing from between the two ending slashes.

I reviewed your accounts and fixed the issue. Only one of your accounts was setup, namely: Friends of Sixty Feet, Inc. with "FriendsOfSixtyFeet" as the alias.
I set up your other account, "Sixty Feet", with "sixtyfeet" as the alias. This should be working now.
