    Hi,

    My organization is planning a capital campaign and has opened a separate checking account to receive those funds directly. How can I add this second account into our Click and Pledge account?

    Good day Neely,

    Each merchant account can only be connected to a single bank account. You may change your existing merchant account to deposit the funds into the new bank account. For changing the bank account Transfirst requires that you fax them the image of a voided check so they can update their records.

    So do you wish to change the bank account for your existing merchant account?

    If you wish to have another merchant account to deposit to your new bank account then you have to apply for a new account.

        Neely,

        There is no need to request documentation. You need to apply for another account online through our website.

        If you use the same UserID & Password the administrative portal will let you login to either account when you login.

        The procedure is the same for your new account- the bank will contact you and a contract needs to be signed with a copy of a voided check. Please make sure that you indicate this is a new account and list your current account number so the bank can reference your prior information for credit.
